OH SHI-

For the next 24 hours, I'm not allowed to use any straws, smoke (damn!), or spit.  That means I have to swallow everything...  Even this delicious tomato soup!  Oh man!  What ever will I do?

Tomorrow I can eat soft foods!  Jello here I come!

After rubbing the surface numbing.. stuff around the tooth, the doctor came in with a massive needle.  It was one of those shiny metal ones with the rings for your fingers and everything.  I literally whimpered when I saw it, and when she put the needle in (twice or thrice!  After a while, I couldn't feel much, so, for all I know, she could have stuck me fifteen times).  Then she took some chisel-esque tool and showed my tooth who was boss.  While trying to break it free of the jaw (I heard several cracks, kinda creepy if you ask me) she put a LOT of pressure on my other teeth with the tool.  It was most uncomfortable to say the least.  Then she went in with the pliers.  I must have closed my eyes or something, because the assistant called my mom over, and we were on our way out.  I didn't see her pull the tooth out!

It feels REALLY weird right now...  What with the numbness of the gums and the fact that I'M MISSING A TOOTH.  I would always play with this tooth...  My tongue's going to be lonely now...
