CONSUMER ALERT: HOLIDAY 2004 DEMO DISC GLITCH

Dear PlayStation(R) Underground Member,

You are scheduled to receive the Holiday 2004 Demo Disc
including the playable Viewtiful Joe 2 - please take note.
It has just been brought to our attention that there is a
glitch in this demo which will erase all of your saved files
from your Memory Card(s). If you have not yet played the
Viewtiful Joe 2 demo, please remove your Memory Card(s)
from your PlayStation(R) 2 computer entertainment system
before you load the Holiday 2004 Demo Disc.

Holy shit did someone fuck up!  I'm just glad I had most of my saves backed up to my harddrive...  I lost my StarWars: Battlefront save though...  How the hell did this get passed them???  Seriously, this is just WRONG.  The PS2 browser says that my memory card is "unformatted..."

  1. Wow. My demo disc has been sitting on my desk for the past week or so as I’ve been gathering up the energy to try it. Laziness saved my ass this time…
