No more batteries for me!My Wavebird died on me today. The wavebird is Nintendo's wireless controller for the gamecube, so much better than those darn cord ones. Although the wavebird isn't mine... apparently Paul and I swapped ours on accident when he was over my house. Oh well. Well, so, Paul's Wavebird died on me today, and I didn't have a spare set of batteries to put in it... Well, as I was taking out the batteries, I noticed that it had the same weird tab and slot thingy that the GBA has on it's battery..area.. So.. being the curious person I am... I took the GBA battery pack out of my GBA (I bought two battery packs and a charger from Pelican Accessories a while ago after I bought a stupid rumble battery pack that didn't work (why the hell did I even think of buying it!? it's huge! at least I got my money back for it), the pelican thing cost about $10), and put it in the wavebird. Although it was a tight fit for the battery cover (the battery pack is a bit bigger than normal batteries), it worked!! And the power light on the wavebird was brighter than ever! Batteries usually last you about 100 hours in the wavebird, which is a nice deal right there. But since I'm now gonna be able to use a battery pack.. I can play for 100s of hours at a time and not have to buy batteries ever again! And, I've already mentioned this, I got two battery packs with the charger, so I can keep one in my GBA and one in the wavebird. Very awesome.

Good MorningIt's officially 2 o' clock in the morning, Eastern Standard Time, and I'm not at all tired. Why? No idea. So... hm... yea, bored. There's nothing really to say, but I felt like I had to update.. 5 more days till Driver's Ed..

Replace the comments?? Never!Since I'm not able to get the comments working right now.. I decided to go for an alternative method. No, I'm not switching comment providers, I'm using a tagboard thingy developed by some.. one.. I don't care who made it, as long as it works. You can see it in the upper right hand corner up there. Chat away, I'm not stopping you. I might keep it up, however, once the comments work again. The newest post is on the top. Have fun!

Driving DistractionsMy dad took me to the Ford II parking lot yesterday to get familiar with his car. I drove around a bit and, well, got familiar with the car. It seemed a bit easier than I thought it would be. Darn videogames. Although I havn't played too many of the arcade ones with the steering wheel. I'm always using a joystick on the Gamecube or N64. Well, anyway, I was going around the track that was painted on the parking lot when I noticed some people walking out of the building. Now, there were people at the tennis courts both times we went there, but they were away from the building. I wasn't able to get a good look at who they were, but I swear that one of them was Amanda from my German class. So, I went around the course one more time and saw them again, although they were moving away this time. But I did see that there were three people, all girls. I coulda sworn that the person on the right was Ruth, but, like I said, they were walking away and it was kinda hard to see.
Oh well, just thought I'd share something.
July 8th, mark your calenders people. That's when I start driver's ed. I'll be on the road the first day. Don't go anywhere near a car that has those 'Student Driver' signs. It just might be me.
